Android

Chrome, Samsung Internet, Edge

  1. 1 Open getartizan.com in Chrome This page, in Chrome itself. Not inside Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram: a browser inside another app cannot install anything.
  2. 2 Tap the three dots, top right Chrome's own menu, not the page.
  3. 3 Choose "Install app" or "Add to Home screen" The wording changes with the Chrome version. Either one is the right button.
  4. 4 Confirm The GetArtizan icon appears with your other apps and opens full screen, with no browser bar.

iPhone and iPad

Safari only

  1. 1 Open getartizan.com in Safari It has to be Safari. Chrome and Firefox on iPhone cannot add to the home screen, and neither can a browser inside another app.
  2. 2 Tap the Share button The square with an arrow coming out of it, in the bar at the bottom.
  3. 3 Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen" It sits below the row of sharing options.
  4. 4 Tap "Add", top right The GetArtizan icon appears on your home screen and opens full screen.

Google Play and the App Store

Not on the stores yet

The Google Play and App Store versions are still being prepared. An Android preview download is available above; it is not a store release.

Installing from your browser, above, gets you the same GetArtizan on the same home screen today, and it is the same account either way. When the store apps land, everything you have — bookings, messages, wallet, escrow — is already there.

If you cannot find the button

You opened the link inside another app

Links tapped in WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram open in a browser built into that app, and those cannot install anything. Open getartizan.com in Chrome or Safari itself and try again.

You are on an iPhone using Chrome

On iPhone only Safari can add to the home screen. Apple does not allow other browsers to do it.

You have already installed it

The option disappears once it is on your home screen. Look for the GetArtizan icon with your other apps.
